Automated email nurture campaigns get 4-10x the response than traditional email newsletters.

Nurture campaigns are a series of automated emails that are sent out in sequence on a pre-determined schedule. For example, when someone signs up for an email newsletter, one email will go out immediately confirming their submission, another will go out 3 days later, with one more going out the following week. Each email would contain a different personal message, with the ultimate goal of driving a call to action. Nurture campaigns can also be setup based on triggers, or actions the person has performed like signing up for your service or making a purchase, which is why they’re also sometimes called behavioral emails.

As emails are sent out, our marketing automation platform tracks all user activity and “scores” the lead based on their actions. An email open, link click or website visit are all trackable activities, which in turn allows us to score them based on a recommended scoring system. Once a prospect reaches a pre-determined score, a sales associate or account owner is notified, allowing them to them follow-up on the “warm” opportunity. Nurture marketing drastically reduces the need for cold calling.
